On Tuesday I was sitting in Book of Mormon class behind some guy wearing way too much cologne. Then my nasal passage and throat were both feeling really irritated(you know the feeling), and I was having a hard time singing in my later classes. I was still having a hard time 11 hours later at voice lessons and I was a little concerned that the cologne was still bothering me this much later in the day. I went to bed that night hoping the irritation would be gone when I woke up. It wasn't. When I woke up, not only was my throat still raw, but my nose was stuffed and I just felt gross and foggy headed. So I took some DayQuil and then went to classes, but it didn't really do anything for me. So since I was dead tired and feeling gross I went home and went to sleep around five thirty. Katie(my wonderful roommate) woke me at 8:30 and asked me if I was still wanting to be asleep or if I wanted to gt any homework done. I got up and ate dinner and decided that I still wasn't thinking clearly enough to get anything useful done with my homework, so I was going to go back to sleep for just a little longer. Once again, at midnight, Katie woke me and asked me if I really wanted to sleep on the couch all night or if I was coming to bed. I did have class the next morning, so I finished my reading for Book of Mormon and went to bed around 12:30.

So I got up this morning having slept for about 11 of the past 24 hours, and I felt worse than I had the morning before. The pressure in my head is killing me and I can't hear anything because the pressure is affecting my ears too. So I'm in ear training and all of these music classes today and feeling pretty useless, but other than that, life is fantastic!

I'm going to Salt Lake tomorrow for David's farewell, and I'm going to see Kelsey and hopefully Sydnee in Provo on Saturday. Emily and Sean are also coming to Laura's house with me and we're going to go see her at Maggie Moo's where she works.

In other exciting news: the murder mystery came in the mail yesterday! A week from today,no, tomorrow on Friday the thirteenth of February, Perkins 112 and some friends are hosting a murder mystery dinner. There will be 7 couples, so we're in for quite a crowd. I am really excited! Can you tell?
